Imam Dish Greek

Another dish that came from the Greeks of the Byzantine times long before the Turks arrived in Constantinople and the proof is on. Imam Bayildi is a Turkish/Ottoman delicacy made by stuffing eggplants with a delicious filling made with onions and tomatoes.
