Nasi Udang Crispy Asam Manis

Assalamualaikum Wr Wb Ingredients for Fried Shrimp in Sweet and Sour Sauce Fried Shrimp Ingredients 300 grams shrimp hai semuanya Hari ini aku akan berbagi resep udang goreng tepung saus asam manis yang pas itu ini enak banget dan simpel Creator-provided subtitles/CC.

Finish Transfer to a serving plate sprinkle with some white sesame seeds and the delicious sweet and sour shrimp balls are Ingredients Shrimp 9 ounces Cooking Steps 1 Prepare the Shrimp Rinse 9 ounces of shrimp thoroughly in cold water Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels ensuring they are as dry as possible Make a deep cut along the back of each shrimp to help them form into a ball shape 2 Marinate the Shrimp In a bowl add some sliced ginger and chopped green onions then pour in some cold water Squeeze the ginger and onions to release their flavors into the water and then add this mixture to the shrimp Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper mixing by hand to ensure the shrimp absorbs all the flavors Add 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch and mix well Let it marinate for fifteen minutes 3 Prepare Shrimp Balls Roll the marinated shrimp in dry cornstarch and shape them into balls by hand 4 Fry the Shrimp Balls Heat the oil until it's hot enough that bubbles form around a chopstick Carefully add the shrimp balls one by one Once they start to set gently stir them Fry until they're golden brown and crispy 5 Add the Sauce Keep a little bit of oil in the pan and pour in the prepared sweet and sour sauce Cook on high heat until the sauce thickens Add the shrimp balls back into the pan ensuring they're fully coated with the sauce 6 Finish Transfer to a serving plate sprinkle with some white sesame seeds and the delicious sweet and sour shrimp balls are ready to enjoy.
