I really only ever order the xiao long bao soup dumplings from Din Tai Fung so I was super excited to try their full dumpling menu. At Din Tai Fung crab cream Xiaolongbao a kind of Chinese steamed bun and black truffle Xiaolongbao are must-try dishes.
